    Open the Fitpod Life app and tap Scan. The app connects to your scale.

    Step on and hold the handles

    Stand barefoot on the scale and hold both handles.

  3. 03

    8-electrode measurement

    Hands and feet are measured together with 8 electrodes (bioimpedance).

  4. 04

    See it in the app

    Your results appear in the Fitpod Life app under All records.
